1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the SnapBill.ch web platform, based in Bern, Switzerland. By using SnapBill.ch, the user accepts the following terms.

SnapBill.ch provides a web-based solution for creating Swiss QR invoices in accordance with the official Swiss QR Bill standard by SIX Interbank Clearing. Users can enter invoice data or upload templates to generate QR invoices and PDF documents. SnapBill.ch reserves the right to modify functions, prices or services at any time.

3. User responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered, the correct use of IBAN and QR-IBAN data, lawful use of the platform, and verification of generated invoices before sending. In particular, the user is liable for incorrect amounts, reference numbers, addresses or payment information.

4. Liability

SnapBill.ch strives for technically correct generation of QR invoices according to current standards. However, no warranty is given for complete absence of errors, permanent availability, or acceptance by banks and payment providers. Any liability for direct or indirect damages, data loss, payment errors or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5. Pricing and subscriptions

Use of certain features may be subject to a fee. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or according to the selected plan and can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable.

6. Privacy

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the SnapBill.ch privacy policy. The user agrees that data necessary for using the platform may be processed and stored.

7. Changes to the Terms

SnapBill.ch may amend these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on the website.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
